I first met Jim Mentesana about 30 years ago when our children played basketball and I have called him a couple of times over the years in regards to the sale of my house and then my Mum's home.
Jim is an extremely competent agent who is kind thoughtful and very easy to talk to. Jim was able to sell Mum's home for a very good price and in a short time. This was very important as Mum is now in a nursing home. If anyone has been through the experience of moving parents into a nursing home they will understand how much our family appreciated how wonderful Jim was during the process of sale. I would also like to say that Jim suggested we use Michelle from Dynasty Conveyancing as our settlement agent. She was amazing as well and again I had complete confidence in her. In all I certainly call Jim in the future for help if and when required.

It's official, settlement went through at 2pm today, we finally have the keys to our new home!
