You can’t go past Jarrad to manage your investment property. He’s the owner and lives and works in the area of where my property is and knows his stuff. Being the owner, it's in his best interests to keep his clients happy. He’s been my agent for my 5 years now and it was extremely effortless to handover to him. I honestly can’t recommend him enough.
Pricing is very reasonable (a flat fee with no hidden costs), he finds the most suitable tenants with usually no downtime, is able to get repairs sorted promptly for reasonable pricing and responds to all my queries immediately. Their online portal is easy to use for reviewing repairs status, invoicing and all necessary reporting.

Would you leave your offspring, unaccompanied in Central Perth, on a Saturday at midnight? Your answer should be NO and the same logic applies to your second most valuable asset (if you have teenagers the order may be reversed)...the Investment Property that you worked hard to purchase must be accompanied by a Professional who, like a parent, is committed to your investment.
Following the rather hasty and magical disappearance of my immediate past tenant, I am three court appearances (and counting) "into" rent arrears and damage compensation, indebted to my parents for financing the enormous refurbishment bill, missing furniture that was evidently sold on Facebook and taking deep breaths to suppress the nauseating knowledge that this was all caused by a "FRIEND". Yes, I said "FRIEND"...safe tenant, right? What could go wrong?
However, my nightmare ended when my Father introduced me to Jarred Brooks, Director of Next Vision and Patron Saint of the "Rookie Landlord". Within 7 days he presented me with a well-written contract, advertised the vacancy and successfully signed a lease with a reference checked couple for an incredible 35% INCREASE on the HIGHEST weekly marginal figure advised.
