Charlie began his real estate career in 1986 as a Business Broker and then moved into sales in 1991. By 1999 he was ready to go off on his own and opened up his own real estate agency. After an attempt at retirement, Charlie decided that he was not yet ready to leave the industry as his passion for selling is still strong. Charlie’s wealth of knowledge and extensive experience means he is a valued and welcome addition to the NEXT VISION team.

Charlie says real estate is in his blood and is much more than just a job…it’s a lifestyle. Having lived in the area since 1976, Charlie’s knowledge of Spearwood and the Cockburn area sets him apart from all of his competitors.
